My stay at the hotel was very comfortable and clean despite its location near the landing approach area of the Philadelphia airport. The rooms were nice, and the beds were comfortable. However, cleanliness could be improved.
The hotel room was spacious for the price but had an odor that was not pleasant. The service was inefficient and lacked key management, although the shuttle driver was excellent. The location, despite being convenient to the Philadelphia Airport, needs repairs and cleanliness improvements.
The hotel's rooms were disappointing with a moldy and dirty environment, but the service stood out as friendly and helpful. Located close to the airport, the dining experience was average with limited options. The facilities were lacking in maintenance.
